Kurnajam salutes Long Kwo @71

The Kurnajam of Kwo Chiefdom and Goemai nation, Miskoom Joseph Ntung Ari, has described the assumption of office of Miskoom Fidelis Longtoe Attahiru I as the Long Kwo of Kwo Chiefdom as the best thing to happen to the people of land. Sir Ari made the declaration in a congratulatory message to HRH Miskoom Attahiru I, who marks his 71st birthday today (01/03/2024) The Kurnajam acknowledged that within his brief period of service, the Long Kwo has united his people, brought in developments and have been linking his kingdom to the outside world. "On behalf of my family, I congratulate HRH, Miskoom Fidelis Longtoe Attahiru I for his vision, steadfastness and wisdom in steering  the ship of the Chiefdom to greater heights within a short period of time. Under him, so many developmental programs were introduced and implemented by prominent members of the Chiefdom and their friends," Nda Kurnajam Joseph Ari added.

Plateau North Senatorial Rerun - Youths Endorse ADP Candidate Prince Pam Dachungyang

Youths and other stakeholders in Jos yesterday endorsed the Senatorial bid of Hon Prince Pam Mwadkon Dachungyang of the Action Democratic Party ( ADP) , in the Plateau North Senatorial rerun election slated to hold on Saturday February 3rd 2024 . They also endorsed the Candidate of the Labour party Hon Daniel Asama, as their preferred choice for the Jos North/ Bassa rerun election. Our correspondent reports that a coalition of 21 support groups unanimously declared Hon Prince Pam Mwadkwon the best option for now since the PDP is not on the ballot , noting that after careful scrutiny of all candidates contesting for the post, only Prince Mwadkwon of the ADP has what it takes to deliver democratic dividends to the district .
