Tuberculosis Day: Patrick Dakum Sues For All-Out Collaboration to Ending Tuberculosis

As the world observes the 2024 Tuberculosis Day, today, March 24, 2024, in commemoration of Robert Koch's discovery of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis, the causative agent of the disease, the Chief Executive Officer, Institute of Human Virology Nigeria, IHVN, and Plateau State Labour Party, LP, Governorship candidate in the 2023 general elections, Dr. Patrick Sunday Dakum, has sued for collaboration by all and sundry in stamping out the disease. Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Executive Governor of Plateau State, has officially launched a multimillion-naira commercial complex and ultra-modern motor park along the Bukuru Expressway. The Jos South Local Government Council’s project aims to improve order, reduce crime, and increase money for the local administration. The Launching of the QR Code was held at the premises of Plateau Express Service Limited on Thursday March 7, 2024, saw numbers tricycle operators lining up for the exercise. At the event, Mutfwang was ably repredented by the Commissioner of Transport, Jatau Gyang, said it necessary for Tricycle Riders to go digital to reduced to the barest minimum Tricycle related crimes in the state.  Jatau said as results of Mutfwang's Commitment to security and safety of the state and its people,, it is necessary for the government to know the numbers of Tricycles operating within the state.
