SOEMLAT TASKED NEWLY APPIONTED SPECIAL ASSITANTS TO BE DEDICATED.


 The Hon.Commissioner of Finance, Dr.Mrs Regina Soemlat has tasked the eleven newly appointed special assitants (SA's) to his Excellency the Governor of Plateau State Rt.Hon.Dr. Bar.Simon Lalong from Pankshin local government area to be loyal, deligent and be dedicated in the discharge of their responsibilities.


  The Commissioner stated this during the official presentation of appointment letters to the new S.A 's recently, held at the confrence Hall of the Ministry JD Gomwalk Secretariat, Jos.
  Dr. Soemlat urged the newly appointed SA's to always be on thier toes because so much is required of them, the Commissioner added that as leaders in thier respective wards they must be sacrificial in serving the People stressing that they should always put the intrest of others before themselves. She describe Governor Lalong as a Leader that is full of humility. 
  She congratulated the new appointees for their appointment and encouraged them to be humble as well as  to "Think Plateau and Act Plateau".
  On his part, the Hon.Commissioner, Ministry of Higher Education Kak'mena Goteng, has urged the newly appointed  SA's to respect the Governor because he is responsible for thier appointment, he charge them to live up to thier expectations as leaders in their various domain noting out that the essence of the leadership given to them is to be able to pass information to the People and create awareness.


  Other contributors at the ceremony include Director General Research and strategic planing Proffessor John Wade, member representing Pankshin North, in the Plateau State House of Assembly Philip Dasun, Elder Stateman Robert Taple, and Chairman Nigerian Legion Plateau State Sati Yilwat, they all encouraged the appointees to be dedicated and loyal.
   Speaking on behalf of  the new SA's Hon.Grace Balle express appreciation to the Governor for given them the oppotunity to serve she assured the Commissioner that they will not fail the Governor indicating that they are going to be loyal and dedicated to thier task as SA's.
