It has come to our notice that, one Alh. Hudu Adamu Bawa Garga, has
claimed to have Obtained a motion exparte on 23/12/2020 before justice A. 1.
Ashoms of High Court of Justice Plateau State Against;

1. Plateau State Government;

2. Commissioner for Local Government & Chieftaincy Affairs;

3. Kanam Local Govermment;

4. Alh  Hashimu Adamu (Sarkin Kantana);

5. Alh Mahmud Maikano (Representing Badawa Ruling House).


Alh Hudu Adamu Bawa, claimed to have represented Nhara Garga ruling
house of kanam Local Government Council in the unfortunate suit. 

We under the aforementioned
 members of Nhara garga ruling house want to categorically made it clear that, Alh. Hudu Adamu Bawa is not representing us in any capacity in his malicious, callous, unwaranted and fruitless litigation to frustrate the selection
process of the new "Ra'an Jhar", The selection process which all right thinking
members of Nhara Garga ruling house are happy with the state government for the approval.

The so-called plaintiff is neither a title holder of Nhara Garga ruling house
nor member of Garga Traditional Council, so, he cannot therefore in anyway,
represent the ruling house and good pople of Garga, who are determined to see the
progress of Jhar Nation and Kanam Local Government council in general.

Therefore, we the undermentioned representatives and members of Nhara
Garga ruling class and Garga Traditional Council, disassociate ourselves from the
Litigation and we are also calling on the good people of Garga to do so. 

We want to reiterate the fact that, any attempt by some scrupulous elements to
tarnish the Good name of the Nhara Garga ruling house and the entire Garga
Populace, will not be tolerated.
 
We will conclude by stating that, Nhara
Garga ruling house and Garga Traditional Council will accept and support
whoever emerges as the new "Ra'an Jhar"
