Alleged N20M Bribe to endorsed Gubernatorial Aspirant, figment of Mischief Makers- Na'antuam
The Plateau State Chairman of Association of Local Government of Nigeria, (ALGON) and Executive Chairman of Shendam Local Government Council of Plateau State, Hon. Miskoom Alexander Nantuam has debunked in strong term the alleged N20M bribery rumours making the round that six Local Government Council Chairmen that made up Plateau South were bribe by the member representing Pankshin, Kanke and Kanam Federal Constituency in the green Chamber of the National Assembly to endorse his preferred Gubernatorial aspirant.
Hon. Nantuam in a telephone conversation with this medium stated that it can not be true, adding, "how on earth will member representing Pankshin Kanke and Kanam Federal Constituency give them the sum of N20m, is it that 20M for each of them or N20M for the whole six Council Chairmen?. he queried.
Disclosing further, Na'antuam stated that it is not true, saying "how on earth will they stood so low to collect N20m to share among six of them? He added.
He said, it is not because today he is a Chairman, but he is someone who never trade his integrity for anything not even money.
The ALGON Chairman also reveals that in his entire history, nobody can ever come to say he has bribe him (Na'antuam) to do something that he is not convince to do.
He said this is the season to hear such kind of things, because some of this statement are coming just for distraction in other for one not to concentrate and do what he want to do. He added.
