Road to 2023:Tinubu Goofs Again in Jos, Almost Says God Bless PDP During APC Presidential Campaign



The Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress APC Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has again had a freudian slip while delivering a speech at the APC Campaign Ceremony in Jos, Plateau state.

Recall, the ruling APC kicked off its presidential campaign today, Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at the Rawang Pam Township Stadium in Jos, Plateau State.

The event had the present of President Muhammadu Buhari, Abdullahi Adamu, the party’s national chairman, among others.

While delivering his speech, called on Nigerians to be positive adding that things will be well.

He stated, “ Hope is back, Nigeria will be well. Nigeria will not sink. We hereby reaffirm our commitment to progressive good governance.”

The former Lagos state governor, while concluding his speech, called on God to bless the PDP.

He said; “Thank you and God bless PD…..APC”.

This is the second time the presidential candidate of Nigeria’s ruling party will make such a mistake in recent time.

Tinubu, in October 2022, while giving a speech on his plans for Nigeria at the Kaduna Economic and Investment summit said Mal. Nasiru El-rufai, the state governor could turn a rotten situation into a bad one.

“I am openly begging Nasir El-Rufai not to run away for additional degree and excuse. He is going to Cairo—PhD and everything. There are a lot of educated relics. We are not going to let you run away, your vision, creativity and resilience in turning a rotten situation into a bad one are necessary at this critical time. That is why we are here today,” he said.
