Hon Nanbol Listick Continues with Constituency Engagement Programme




The Member Representing Langtang North-Central State Constituency and Chairman House Committee on Labour and Security, in the Plateau state House of Assembly, Hon Daniel Nanbol Listick, has again engaged Community Development Associaation Leaders from Bwarat, Gani and Gazum under his Constituency.

The Member who has sat with Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) last week, continues the engagement to elicit more inputs from the constituents.

This time around, the onsite participatory meeting continues with the Leadership of Gazum Cultural Economic and Social Development Organization (GACESDO), Gani Community Development Association (GCDA) and Bwarat Community Development and Cultural Association (BCDCA) held on Friday 28th June, 2024 at the Useni Memorial College Dadur.

In the engagement, the community leaders appreciated the Member for creating the enabling environment for them to make their opinions count in legislation and also pitched the need to reactivate Community schools grant to strengthen Community Development Associations in contributing to knowledge. The Community Leaders also added that the State Representative should lobby for employments, empowerments and skill acquisition for the good people of Langtang North Central State Constituency. They further called on the Honourable Member to lobby for road infrastructure, upgrade of health facilities and other social amenities across Langtang North Central constituency.

The Member who assured them of meeting at least twice every year to brainstorm on the way forward for the Constituency, also covet their support in mobilizing civic responsibilities and security consciousness.
