Apostle Elam, who was born on March 17, 1973, in Ampang West District of the Mangu Local Government Area, Plateau State, boasts a wealth of experience in leadership, conflict management, and peace studies. He believes he is the ideal candidate to unite Christians in Plateau State and promote harmony among the various denominations. Apostle Elam's educational background is equally impressive.
