Disclaimer From Plateau Publishers Association PPA, against Impostors and Meddlesome Interlopers




Chief Amb Nanyah Andrew Daman, the National Chairman of the Plateau Publishers Association(PPA),the Board of Trustees Members and genuine members of the PPA wish to disclaim, call to order and notify members of the general public to disregard and ignore the activities of non members of the PPA parading themselves as members of the association having lost their rights by belonging to the All Plateau Publishers Association, the Guild of Plateau Publishers or Abuja Publishers Forum.

It is most unfortunate that members of the All Plateau Publishers Association, the Guild of Plateau Publishers and the Abuja Publishers Forum would like to still retain their membership of the PPA even after refusing to desist from unwholesome activities and signing up for a notice.

Non members of the PPA and members of the All Plateau Publishers Association, the Guild of Plateau Publishers and Abuja Publishers Association cannot hold any meeting in the guise of the PPA.Any meeting held in the name of the PPA without the consent of the National Chairman or the PPA Board of Trustees is not only null and void but ultra vires.

The PPA is therefore calling on the Plateau State Government and Information Managers to the Governor, the Plateau State Commissioner of Police, the Deputy Director of the Department of State Security,Operation Safe Haven and all Security Agencies in the State to call to order non members and imposters of the PPA to desist forthwith from parading themselves as members of the PPA or face the full wrought of the law.
